sure you can do that but juggling 10 cards is a headache. and for most people, the main relevant categories will be dining and groceries. i still see value for double cash, which has has no af, while not everyone can apply for a BBP or want a premium card like VX.
I don't juggle them, I do 1 purchase per month on each. I set closing date to the same date for all of them.
