I see. So the main bottleneck is slow bag delivery. Does priority baggage make a tangible difference here or is it more about the entire collection from the plane taking time?
My experience a few weeks ago was no bags were delivered for over an hour, though this was a Schengen LH flight arriving at T1.
It seemed they were prioritising transfer baggage and our baggage delivery just kept getting postponed, perpetually "starting in 7 minutes" the entire time.
