Should I re-submit a new case to them via the same form or reply to the same case via email?
Probably the easiest way, if you are on Twitter or Insta or Facebook is to do a Direct Message and ask for the case to be re-opened for Expenses. Or use Chat to navigate to an agent. You can call up but it's a busy time. You could do a new claim, by clicking Expenses but there is a risk that a bot will close it down as a duplicate if you do it too soon. If you are OK to wait, you can just tick the clock over to 8 weeks and go to CEDR anyway.
