Currently the claim function on the website doesn’t appear to be working for me. I’m able to submit the claim, but the case number is wrong so I’m not able to track my case or have customer service look at the case. I’ve tried several times using different hardware and deleted cookies. Is this a known issue and is there a workaround? Customer service are not letting me register my claim through other means, I’m simply asked to wait to hear from IT.
