If it was sold via an OTA its most likely a GDS fare then it always includes a bag, in that case the fare basis code will decide the tier credit earnings

Only fares sold through the Aer LIngus website can be 'Saver', 'Plus', OTA's can sell these as well and these would show up on the website correctly.
