Is it possible that your search criteria automatically default to selecting Suite Upgrades? I recall this happened on my account a while ago every time I searched, which obviously reduces the number and types of available rooms significantly. This issue went away (for me) with the subsequent app update, and in the meantime, I always manually edited the search and unticked that box. This won’t apply to you, but the same thing also happened with my Stay Plus free night from AccorPlus until I made a dummy booking to move it out of my account, which I cancelled once the issue was fixed.
