Submitted a request for miles via the website for an 11/5-11/7 trip on AS 12/7. Automatic email response and nothing else. Resubmitted web form on 1/3 and then called…still no word. After being put on hold a couple of times, Agent intimated that the issue was with AS. We’ll see how much longer it takes. Previous flights have credited within a week.

Definitely agree with the original poster that AS 1st is well above AA. I find the seats more comfortable and the food slightly better. For this trip, the price was 1/3 less as well!
