My only complaint about the trains in general is the messy boarding process, especially for those of us with passports at stations where not all ticket gates have passport readers. Honestly, I wouldn't mind paying to have a 5-year renewable ID-like card + face recognition that would be linked to my passport and would get me through boarding and all the attractions.
