Let's say an hour to get through immigration, bag claim and customsafter landing, 1.5 hours waiting for a departure and transport to HND. This is really absolute minimums, so you can probably see the risk.

You would be rebooked to the following day, as long as the missed connection is not caused by you taking way to much time for it

Why not look at JL58 NRT SFO.
