Looking to book emirates, right now only economy is an option with points, but it says upgrade to business available. I know its extra miles, but if I upgrade to business, would i still be able to upgrade at the airport to F if its open?

Separately, how common is T-7 availability in F an option? currently 10 open seats on expert flyer with 2 selected and two blocked. How likely is emirates opening up another award ticket
