Lounge access on redemption ticket with OWE status
If I was going to book a ticket with AM to depart from HKG, but I do not have CX status (Have OWE instead), would I still be able to go to the Pier/Wing F?

I guess if yes, that would require my physical OWE card or modify my FFP after booking the ticket?
