Toranomon Hills or Hyatt Centric Ginza? Rewards nights just opened up for a couple nights I've been watching. 42k for 2 nights at Toranomon, 46k for 2 nights at Ginza.

I'll be coming from NRT if that makes a difference. I don't know the neighborhood where Toranomon is located at all. I'm familiar with Ginza, although I generally prefer quieter neighborhoods.
