We flew RT MIA-LHR in December The outbound was changed from the new seats to the old seats inside two weeks out The return was the new seats. What a difference in the experience on a 10 hour flight

Crew and food were great on both flights. The old seats are very uncomfortable. They were fun 20 years ago but no longer. BA ex MIA is no greta shakes either as far as I can tell. Their Club old seats are just as terrible (but for different reasons).
