Pretty thin stuff but there is also the additional economy Avios seats and the higher priority Gold phone line for anything not related to your booked F ticket (because you would have You First for that). Also apparently you're slightly less likely to get downgraded or bumped as Gold in cases of overselling, plane changes etc.
