OP is talking about the 2026 status level, not the status tracker. This is simply due to MM being counted as "gifted" status and not taking effect until Feb 1st as noted above. I'm a 2MM and also show 2026 status level as "Skymiles Member", but tracker progress is towards DM level (as DL knows I will already be a PM at least for 2026). It's nothing to be concerned about.
