Re: “block off the rooms”, what do you mean? Block off as in prevent anyone else from checking into those rooms, block off as being empty, block off for you or your children to occupy? Which rooms, other rooms in the suite or a connecting room which can either be part of the suite or booked independently?
Blocking off the rooms means that the suite and the connecting room are going to be blocked off in their reservation system ahead of time to make sure the rooms will be connected. We already have a reservation for a room type that connects to the suite. What Hyatt concierge and a supervisor is saying is that they can't ensure my two rooms are connecting because I used a suite upgrade.
