I got offered this last November, took it and earned the 15K. It's a no brainer unless you are working a new card SUB at the same time.

I am able to use the Uber credit every month without fail, and use the dining credit about 9-10 times a year. There are also some Gold card only Amex Offers (I have Platinum and same, there are some Platinum only offers) which I can occasionally use. The only thing that will make me reassess the Platinum/Gold combo is if Citi Thank You points become transferrable to AA. At that point, I'm cancelling both the Gold and Platinum at renewal. I already have the Venture X and will upgrade my CSP to CSR. Chase Sapphire Lounges + Capital One Lounges/Experiences > Amex Centurion lounges iMHO.
