Just checked into the KLM non-Schengen Crown Lounge in AMS. A blue light now lights up when scanning your BP at the entrance (wasn’t there last week). The staff is still a bit unclear on what to do next but I am very happy with this implementation. Saves the hostile approach when BPs are checked in the Ulti-room. Happy the feedback here and via the surveys is listened to.
I forgot to mention, but 2 weeks ago, when I was leaving the Schengen lounge, I did indeed hear the agents talking to each other and one of them seems new - and they were discussing the blue light situation. I overheard about the blue light situation - that the agent should look up their iPad/computer and take the appropriate action. When I heard this I knew that it was about the Ultimate situation - as how it's implemented at CDG. (I'm not Ulti just that I saw that mentioned here when it'was initially introduced at CDG)
