Supposedly the LCR (Laos China Railway) HSR is very punctual, reliable and fast. Very rigorous security though, more so than for flying. Buy on the LCR app, further in advance as possible though some say a coupel of days before is fine. I guess go business class i you have lots of bags even though the ride is very short (1-2 hrs?)
I\'ll be driving LPQ to VTE so not taking the train.
