Based on the legacy carriers...

"I paid extra for the premium seating, why am I in group B or C? Did I also need to pay extra for earlybird boarding?" (If everyone in premium gets better boarding, then A list people will get pushed to B, and any reason to have earlybird anymore?)

"I'm A-list preferred, why can't I just sit in the empty row with more room?"
