It seems that if you have checked baggage then it is weighed . Overweight bag will be charged per website info . I didn’t notice anyone with a carry on bag being weighed . The fellow ahead of me had a big backpack that seems like at least 10 to 13 kg at the check in counter . Check in lady never inquired nor was it weighed . He had it on his back the whole time .
The ones who had checked baggage also had a blue sticker on their carry on . I didn’t have any checked baggage so I didn’t receive a blue sticker on carry on bag.
