Yes that does clear it up 🙂. I don't think you can even ask for a specific offer, they can only just tell you what offer(s) is specifically showing for your account. I mean you can feel free to try and ask if you can get ABC offer but I very highly doubt they can even give it to you if it's not an offer currently available to you.
