Hi Everyone

I sent a ORC request to M&M regarding a flight I had last November.
Somehow they don't get it and always referring to the "rebooked" flight with a Non-Star Alliance Airline.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, idk.

Is there a way to escalate my request?

I am also a LX Sen but when I call, they seem to don't have access to the request system.
Appreciate any help or tips?
