Pros:
- Nice Bay View upgrade
- Room design is pleasant and sophisticated
- Bed is generally comfortable - plush mattress, plush pillows
- Shower pressure is good and strong
- Large and comfortable couch
- Chocolate bars as welcome gift
- Staff was friendly
- Restaurant breakfast was great - fantastic lattes, good eggs Benedict, good hashbrowns, good sausages, not too chaotic but I went early
Neutral:
- Only 12:30 late checkout was all I could get
- Lounge is fine - somewhat small afternoon tea selection of desserts, no desserts at evening service but they do have Bailey’s
Cons:
- Bed covers need to be more plush
It looks great but I always have trouble justifying the expense compared to Hilton Shinjuku or Odaiba. I feel like there is more to do and eat around the other locations.
But the other locations suffer from being too touristy and congested at times. Do you feel that the Conrad is worth the price of admission?
