It should be possible but something tells me that Air Canada at Delhi airport won't know how to do it properly.
Long-tenured permanent employees are often far from perfect, and some contract staff are super conscientious and great. But this is a somewhat complex task to execute that even experienced staff don't always seem to understand (hence the detailed instructions in the wiki), and since no one has offered first-hand experience of DEL, I'd just throw out there that I'm skeptical of them being able to get this done for you, since I suspect these are contract agents (possibly AI employees, but not full-time AC staff) who have limited experience with AC's policies and systems. But please let us know how it goes.

It's really hard to follow questions like this. If you want a quality answer, it would help if you just made it easy for us to understand, like "I have FRA-YUL (overnight)-YVR-MEX, and I want to switch to FRA-YYZ-YVR (overnight)-MEX". No one here knows who you are, and you haven't mentioned any dates, so I'm not sure what you're trying to protect by not sharing the route.
