Just need to email or speak with someone at FC
It's impossible to get hold of anyone at the FC. I have an issue that needs resolving regarding tier points and status. If I ring up on the ONLY number I can find - 0344 209 2722 - I am permanently on hold.

If I try using the chat bot to talk to a person, it NEVER gets answered.

Is there an email for Cust Service anywhere????
