FWIW, I was there just before Christmas and had the whole Club floor (16th?) almost to myself. They told me that most of the rooms were out of service. There was clearly some work in progress.
I have had mixed success here with CSUs in the past, but got it on this occasion.
In fairness, the Junior Suite is not a massive step up from the nicer type of standard room.
Are Junior Suites available to book for cash for your dates?
In case they have annoyed you sufficiently, I have always found the Radisson Blu Golden Sands quite nice.
