I am Oneworld Emerald for 10+ years as well as lifetime Oneworld Sapphire. Status with Qantas. I fly Cathay every week. My total spend is around US$100,000/year. Probably half of that on Cathay. I also hold Star Alliance Gold and Skyteam Elite Plus status.

I would be content if they matched me across to Cathay Gold, but I don't want to start from scratch. And it seems there is no way to actually contact someone at Cathay to make this application.
