Kinda off topic for here. But, in LIM things can be a bit of a hit and miss. Some days security check and immigration lines are long, and others not so much. If it's not a bad day, it takes maybe 15-20 mins from check in desk to gate. The slowest for me was about 40 mins.
Make sure you have your itinerary available on phone or printed to get entry into the airport.

- ground personel at check in - subcontractor - were very unpleasant, refusing to answer my questions
- complained to airfrance/ klm people at boarding. talked to the "chef d'escale" - a klm employee. obviously he did not care
