Similar to last year, but the beef was swapped with pork.
Lunch
TO START- Soba noodles with shrimp
- Marinated beef shank with cucumber
MAINS- Japanese grilled chicken with sake and miso sauce (mixed vegetables and steamed rice)
- Pan fried halibut and prawn with lobster sauce (Romanesco, cherry tomato and potato)
- Stir fried pork neck with spring onion and soy sauce (mixed vegetables and steamed rice)
CHEESE- Selection of international cheeses (accompanied by crackers and grapes)
DESSERT- Seasonal fresh fruit
- Selection of ice cream (Häagen-Dazs)
