After a disastrous first stay, this stay was much better, Cash pay, and service was extremely prompt and friendly for everything we asked. Housekeeping was super nice and went out of the way to do our rooms when we slept in.

Room 2206.

As it was too cold, we didn’t do the terrace Suite, and we were offered Carnegie suite for 1250 more per night 2 days prior to check in when i proactively asked. I was going to upgrade to it on checkin, but the Carnegie Suite was taken by then.

We arrived super early, and they got our room ready by 10am.

There is definitely street noise audible and also furniture moving above us that can be heard. Otherwise the suite is spacious as we invited friends over and the couch was helpful.

Of course, the delicious lobster scramble.
