No reason to get up in arms. It's unlikely that this was film with live pax. You actually have to ask people's permission to be filmed and for all of them to be ok with their likeness appears in a commercial movie. Close to zero chance SQ let that happen while delaying boarding.

More likely: It's a prop set and they ask SQ permission to use the uniform and other cabin materials. Airplane prop set is nothing new.
