When entering an MH Enrich FF number into a partner airline booking (eg. BA), do you need to add the “MH” prefix along with the numbers (ie. “MH123456”) or is it sufficient to just select Malaysia Airlines from the drop-down and simply enter “123456”? I only ask as I know some airlines, such as SAS, stipulate that one must enter the 3 letters prefix and another example being AA where their FF numbers are alphanumeric.
Thanks in advance.
Just the number works. MH usually makes things unnecessarily cluttered or complicated. An agent who enters your number manually will need to put in "MH" but if you are doing it OLCI or during booking, you should disregard "MH" prefix.
