Back to the topic. I’m neutral and will still renew GGL. For me, it’s more the effects of the change rather than the change itself, that will determine if I am happy. I just want better and consistent service. I think the CCR is fine so less crowded lounges don’t matter. I’d also be happy if they got rid of the awful J seat layout on some planes.
