Same menu on ZRH-SFO 1/3. Thought it was interesting the Bistro concept is gone and replaced with a regular arrival meal, but not sure if this was updated some time ago?

I preordered the sliced veal with roesti and it was pretty good, though the roesti was a little dry. The hazelnut cake for dessert was really good.
