Agree on all points on this. I mentioned to an FA once and they said G7 routinely leads UX carriers in satisfaction scores (obviously can’t corroborate this). Pretty much the only UX carriers to offer PDB’s as well. I’ve tried to pass along to 1K voice or the surveys when remember. Glad others have noticed the same as well.
