Every here and there I read the people are retro-claiming in the SAS-app. I have an Android phone and when I choose to retro-claim in the SAS-app, then an external standard webb browser is launched (of course, the mobile site version) and I'm re-directed to https://www.flysas.com/en/eurobonus/...issing-points/. Can someone please clarify how you go about to retro-claim IN your SAS-app?
