Prices are higher but not by a massive amount, if I recall correctly. Sorry, the post card is in my home in Japan and I'm not there right now to check for sure (they do have rates on the card.)

In any case, phone will be tough. I concur with Aventine - check with a concierge of one of the luxury hotels you'll be staying at. That's your best bet.
