And if these are shared with the JAL F lounge, I'd be pretty ticked off as a JAL (or other) OWE getting ready for a long flight to Japan after a full day in city, or connecting.
According to the JAL website, there are supposed to be showers. For all of their poor functionalities on the website, information on lounge facilities is usually spot on. Out of commission for the day? Fully booked until departure? Other reason? I don't know, but I'd expect it to be a one-off rather than a permanent state of affairs.
