It is not good and it should not be the customer's problem, which I made perfectly clear to Heathrow Rewards' customer service before. There were a couple of years when I had more than 10 receipts manually added. You're right that purchases from Boots are not credited automatically anymore. Since there is no longer an e-mail address for CS, just reach out to them on Twitter, if you have it. Their Twitter team is really good at resolving issues.
