Occurred to me more than once where there’re standard suite availabilities on Hyatt’s website/app at check-in, but no actual inventory according to front desk. Inventory system glitches were to blame.
Not trying to play devil’s advocate in suggesting the property holds back on comp Globalist upgrades per previous experiences, but this ought to be looked into, especially being a Hyatt-owned property.
