1) Original flight delayed due to mechanical paperwork, so missed my connection. Ok, stuff happens.
2) Got rebooked to the later flight for my destination (only 2 flights/day) - this flight went mechanical for 4 hours with no updates, before then getting delayed to the next day due to weather at destination
3) Club staff was useless, refused to provide a hotel or anything because it was coded as a weather delay, despite this being caused by mechanical. I'll have to go after them for reimbursement on this. One agent refused to protect me on the next day's flight, luckily there was 1 single agent that overheard and cared. However, they can't put me in F despite being a paid F ticket.
4) Postponed to this morning - get to the gate in DFW and delayed because the plane is at a remote stand and they can't prioritize towing it over. Apparently a full overnight wasn't enough to get it here to be on time. And of course, no updates available.
So obviously I am going to go after them for the hotel/meal/uber reimbursement, but in others experience how much should I be able to extract out of them for the other bovine fecal matter?
I think you made it all up! /s
I'd say 10k miles, that's what I got for an overnight delay.
