Just put a $0 cash advance limit on your credit cards and you will not have to worry whether one of your funding's turns out to be a cash advance and not a credit charge.

BTY, if you are willing to pay a load fee, I believe that Go Bank will let to fund $1000 for a $3.74 fee at WM. The only downside there is you need a direct deposit of $500/month to avoid their monthly account service fee, but you can satisfy that with a simple transfer from a brokerage account. And the DD is fee free.
