If no checked bags, then you likely can use the airside walkway. The T2 international arrivals are at the gates on the side of the terminal closest to T3. I have used it numerous times, but only on Domestic to International connections, where passport control has to be gone thru. I would imagine this step would not be required on International to international.

Here are two videos that show the domestic to international airside connection, one about 8 years old, the other about 7 months old. I could not locate any videos that showed the T2 international to T3 international airside connection.
GRU Airport Connections: From T2 Domestic to T3 International
From Aircraft terminal 02 to terminal 03 Guarulhos International Airport (7 months)

When I last used this airside connector in November 2024, they had driver operated carts for parts of it at no cost, so you don't have to walk if you so choose.
Thank you! No bags fortunately. Unfortunately I think I'm wrong again and PDP-GRU flights w Azul land at T1. I believe this is the worst outcome as for T1 to T3 I must clear immigration and take a stupid bus? Edit: ignore I'm now told I will in fact at T2 tonight so fingers crossed for a smooth connection since I have no bags and a (mobile) AA boarding pass.

UPDATE: arrived T2 international and I can't believe how easy it was to connect to T3 international gates. Also working on my favor is our deplaning T2 flight was bused to a point that had very clear signage for T3 international (right beside T2 passport control which I didn't use). Only a 5 minute walk later after security I was in T3. Phew!
