The Government has decided to cancel a deal for a Hilton-run boutique hotel, opting instead to put the 94 units of the Bermudiana Beach Resort on the rental market once construction finishes this year. This decision follows a feasibility study by Ernst & Young, which found the hotel model financially unviable.
