Same here, no progress with authentification, it wont let me re-submit the request, says its "under review" thats been 2 days now.

I want to use the app for upgrade features, they offer "Upgrade", "Boarding gate upgrade", "On-Board Upgrade" and "Upgrade vouchers" - priced at CNY399 to CNY1199........

No way to upgrade on the website at all it appears. Shame.
