Just be sure if you have any other clicking around you need to do prior to actually purchasing, DO NOT DO THAT on the incognito browser.
Use a completely different browser if you still have some comparing or what not you need to do, and complete your purchase clean and simple on incognito.
Ever since I started doing that (I read about this extra step upthread somewhere on here), my purchases have fully tracked and I've earned my points.
Your browser extensions, if you have any, may also be interfering with the credit (see Honey lawsuit), so make sure any extensions you have aren't also allowed to run in another browser. Better yet, use a different browser entirely.
