I've flown quite a few PE (including PS) LH flights, 10+ hours, and I find the premium products worth the extra, mostly for the seat WIDTH, which few people mention. Also, I'm tallish so Y is rough on LH. To your question: Is it worth 600USD for one leg? I would pay for it.
