You can only order various predefined special meals, such as those obeying religious restrictions, as well as diabetic, low salt, low fat, maybe gluten-free, etc. (As noted above, a single special meal may cover multiple categories.) If you have a unique set of allergies to specific ingredients and need food designed for you, I believe you are out of luck.
