Essentially it's because the invoice was never forwarded from the hotel to Hyatt. I filed a missing stay request with Hyatt and I've called Hyatt several times, and they've been useless. Hyatt created a case number for me and then basically said they would escalate with the hotel and to give it 7-14 days, and otherwise to just try calling myself.

The problem is, Chinese hotels are notorious for not answering emails and I don't have an easy way to make an international call to China. I find it ridiculous that Hyatt can't just call a hotel in their network themselves. Anyone have any good idea on how to proceed?
Have you heard about the Urcove issues from last year? Because of this, UrCove hotels have had issues with posting. I had a stay Sept 7 - 11 at the Hangzhou UrCove, submitted a missing stay request 72 hours after check-out, and had to follow up through Twitter and MHC multiple times and ended up finally getting my credit in December.

I found that this email was helpful in the end: [email protected]

Best of luck!
